Where patients slip away

Three quiet moments, every week.

A woman in bed at night, messaging a clinic on her phone Demo Clinic · opens at 10 am

How much is pico laser?
Is it painful?

11:04 PM

She asks at night.

The clinic opens at 10 am. By then, she may have asked two other clinics.

AIWith Ivy. An answer in seconds, and a consult offered.

A woman on the MRT at dusk, replying to a clinic on her phone

Ok thanks,
let me think first.

6:40 PM

She says “let me think.”

A chat that ends here usually stays ended. Nobody has time to follow up.

AIWith Ivy. She asks once if a follow‑up would help, and sends one only if the patient says yes.

Booked, then life happened.

The slot was held for her. The chair stays empty, and your doctor’s hour is gone.

AIWith Ivy. For consults she books, a reminder the day before and two hours before, with an easy way to reschedule.

None of it is anyone’s fault. Your team is with the patients in front of them. These are the hours and moments no one is rostered for.

How patients reach clinics today

On the homepages of 160 Singapore aesthetic advertisers, checked on 25 October 2026, 84% offered no way to chat except a WhatsApp button.

That button reaches a team that is also at the counter, on the phone and with patients. Ivy answers the messages they can’t get to, in seconds, in your clinic’s own WhatsApp.

How it works

One patient, start to finish.

Your AI employees share one memory of each patient, so nobody asks a patient the same thing twice. It all stays in your clinic’s own account.

Safety and privacy

Your name is on the door.

So every answer given in your clinic’s name comes from what your doctor has signed off.

Each AI employee never

  • diagnoses or gives medical advice
  • prices injectables or names drug brands
  • promises results
  • pushes, discounts or rushes
  • pretends to be human
  • messages anyone who said stop

And Fullbook always

  • tells every patient they are chatting with AI
  • keeps chats in your clinic’s own account
  • works under a PDPA data agreement with you
  • names every reviewer to you
  • withholds patient chats from Meta’s ad tools
  • switches any AI employee off with one message from you

Questions

What doctors ask us.

Are Ivy and Max real people?

No. They are AI employees, run by the Fullbook team. Ivy says she is an AI assistant in her first message to every patient, and your team can take over any chat.

Will they replace my front desk?

No. Ivy covers the hours your team is off or with patients, and steps back the moment your team replies. Your front desk gets a morning list of who booked.

What if Ivy says something wrong?

It can happen. A Fullbook reviewer reads every chat daily. If an answer is wrong, we tell your team so they can correct it with the patient, and we fix the answer with you.

Who reads our chats?

Your team, named Fullbook reviewers, and the services that run Ivy: respond.io and its AI providers. Meta carries the messages on WhatsApp, Instagram and Facebook. The data agreement lists each one, and where data is kept. We never send patient chats to Meta’s ad tools.

Is this within MOH and SMC rules?

It is designed around them, and your clinic stays responsible for what is said in its name, so Ivy answers only from what your doctor has signed off. You authorise us in writing. Ivy says she is AI, quotes only your published prices, never prices injectables, and never promises results or asks for reviews.

Do we keep our WhatsApp number?

Yes, and your team keeps the WhatsApp Business app on the clinic phone. If anyone uses the WhatsApp desktop app on Windows, set-up signs it out, so we check your devices with you first.

Does it work with our booking system?

It works alongside it. Ivy books only into the slots you set aside and reminds those patients. The morning list shows who took them.

Do you run our ads?

No. Max watches them and tells you what is working. You or your agency keep running them.

What about an AI version of our doctor?

Only with your doctor’s written consent, only for your clinic, and labelled AI-generated on every video. If your doctor withdraws consent or leaves, or you end the service, we delete it and take its videos down.

How will we know it is working?

Each month you get one page: enquiries, consults booked, follow-ups that led to a booking, show rate, and where patients came from, measured against the two weeks before Ivy starts.

What does it cost?

It depends on which AI employees you choose, and we quote it on a 20-minute call. On day 30 you decide whether to continue. Nothing renews by itself.

Is the Ivy on this page the real thing?

She is a demo for a fictional clinic, with a few made-up prices. Where live AI isn’t available in your browser, she runs on sample replies. Your clinic’s Ivy answers only from what your doctor has signed off.

A note from us

Aesthetic clinics are very good at the consult, the treatment and the care. Everything around those keeps landing on the same few people.

Patients message at 11 pm, between meetings, on the train home. Your team can’t be in every one of those moments, and they shouldn’t have to be.

So we built AI employees for those hours, and we run them ourselves. We read the chats. Every answer and every post starts from what your doctor has signed off. And every patient ends up with your people.
